Malta · Gozo · we help

We help local businesses get hours back.

You tell us how a normal week really runs. We write it down clearly. We walk through it with you. No pitch deck. The hours hiding in your inbox, bookings, and follow-ups.

The gap

Most Maltese businesses do not need more software. They need someone to listen first.

You have heard of AI.

Most owners in Malta have. A chatbot is not a system. It does not close the till, chase an unpaid invoice, or answer the same three questions from WhatsApp at 18:40.

The inbox is full of agencies.

Generic PDFs from people who have never stood in your shop. Small firms get the same spray as everyone else — and ignore it, correctly.

The leak is operational.

Staff repeating the same email. Quotes built by hand. Leads going cold because nobody had twenty quiet minutes. That is the week we ask you about.

How we help

A conversation. A written assessment. A review. That is the whole first step.

We help you see the week clearly before anyone talks about building anything. If we can help, we will. If we cannot, we will say so.

01 · Listen

A short conversation

Fifteen to twenty-five minutes about how the business actually runs — not a pitch. You talk. We listen for the leak.

  • How a normal week looks, who does what, which tools are already open
  • Where time and clients slip — quotes, inbox, WhatsApp, follow-ups
  • No recommendations on that call. Facts first.

02 · Write

A written assessment

Within about 48 hours you get it in writing, from what you said — not a consultant slide.

  • Where time actually leaks in a normal week
  • Which of those jobs a simple tool can take — and which to leave with people
  • A four-day path for the easy wins your team can run without us in the room
Tell us what eats the week →

03 · Review

Twenty minutes together

We walk through the assessment so it does not sit unread. If we can help further, we say so then. If it is not a fit, we say that too.

  • What to do first, and what to leave alone
  • Questions answered in plain English
  • Nothing sold on the first conversation

How we work

How a conversation turns into something you can actually use.

One loop. We use it with a clinic, a warehouse, a studio — anywhere people lose hours to the same motion.

  1. 01

    Listen

A short conversation about how the business runs. Where do people copy, chase, retype, or wait? Those are the bottlenecks — not the ones on a consultant’s slide.

  2. 02

    Write

We turn that into a written assessment: which jobs a simple tool can take, which to leave with people, hours back, and a four-day path for the easy wins. If a spreadsheet already wins, we leave it.

  3. 03

    Review

Twenty minutes together so the assessment does not sit in an unread file. You leave knowing what to do first.

  4. 04

    Help

If we can help with the next step, we stay with you. If we cannot, we say so. The test is a quiet Tuesday, not a demo.

Here, not abroad

A PDF from abroad is not a conversation about your week.

Small firms here are already tired of cold email. We are based in St. Paul’s Bay. We ask how the week actually feels — Valletta, Sliema, Birkirkara, Victoria — not which stack you “should” buy.

The first step is a conversation, not a visit with a deck. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes. You talk. We listen for the leak. Then it is in writing, then we walk through it.

What we will not do

  • Send a 19-page proposal before we have heard how the week runs.
  • Install a chatbot so you can say you “have AI”.
  • Automate a process that is still a mess on paper.
  • Compete with garage-door or factory-PLC firms. Wrong kind of help.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Owners and managers without an IT department
  • Shops, clinics, studios, professional services, importers
  • Teams drowning in WhatsApp, email, quotes, or bookings
  • People who will talk honestly about how the week actually runs

Not a fit

  • Industrial machinery, gates, shutters, or PLC lines
  • Companies that want a full-time ML team on payroll
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest chatbot in a week
  • A conversation with no one who knows how the work is done

Questions

Plain answers

Do we need to know how to code?

No. We look at tools your team can actually run. The first step is seeing the week clearly — not turning anyone into an engineer.

How long does this take?

The conversation is 15–25 minutes. The written assessment follows within about 48 hours. The review is 20 minutes. That is the whole first step.

Is this a sales call?

No. We listen, we write it down, we walk through it. If we can help with a next step, we say so then. If it is not a fit, we say that too.

What do you need from us?

Someone who knows how a normal week actually runs — not the polished version. We only take what the conversation needs. Data is handled under GDPR.

Can you just email a quote?

We do not start with a quote. We start by helping you see the week. Useful numbers come from that, not from a menu.

Where is our data processed?

We use EU-friendly setups where we can, and we do not train public models on your files. Enquiries from this site are used only to get back to you about a conversation.

Conversation

Fifteen minutes. No deck. We listen first.

Tell us what eats the week. If we can help, we will find a time to talk — from St. Paul’s Bay, across Malta & Gozo.
